Jonathan was a great educator on the Smok mod, he explained everything from the cartridge, the unit, and the coil and how it all works. He even explained the differences in the juices to use with the mod. I was impressed and happy that he took the time to make the sale and didn't just try to make a quick sale. I bought a airbar max from them called watermelon ice and when i went to buy the second one it was a different color and it taste like rose petals and i called them and the guy was like i cant return it but i can give u a discount i ask how much they run for 24.99 he said i can do 24.00 im more than sure it was a knock-off
