Supernova Smoke Shop #2 Perrin Beitel

I had purchased some glassware last week which part of it got broken while wrapped in bubble wrap. I knew for certain that a smoke shop would not take glassware on a return in my wildest dreams. I knew the manager at this store (Delton?)was a pretty understanding dude in my previous experience with him , so I thought I would give it a shot. He replaced it no questions asked my complete and total surprise. Shopping at the store for a couple of years now and I've always enjoy the wide selection. Yes their prices do leave a lot to be desired. Of all the smoke shops in town yes I believe they are the highest priced but sometimes you can't put a price on excellent service.

Something I personally had never experienced at a smoke shop. I visited twice the weekend before Christmas . They were an amazing help with creating the perfect gift for a loved one on the first visit. On the second trip I returned do to a lighter I purchased being defective. Expecting to just buy another, but they remembered me and set me up with a new one free of charge. Now this is the only store I’ll set foot in.

I love the staff here! You aren’t going to have any luck trying to find a friendlier atmosphere in a smoke shop. Very nice staff with great knowledge of the products in the store.

This Supernova location is especially cool because of the customer service. I can't recall his name but the dude with the beard and glasses is always very polite, helpful and fun to talk to you. Also this location never seems very busy which means the service is quick and convenient although it might be different during peak hours. I don't want to forget to mention there is always badass music playing inside. All in all I would recommend this supernova over any of the other shops of this is sort in the area. The vapes offered in store are significantly higher in price than what can be purchased online, but the factor of convenience kinda balances that out. Their selection of other products is significantly greater, and vast in variety. Also they have been known to offer slightly discounted prices from what is displayed. I'm not sure if this is a common practice or simply due to frequent patronage. Regardless this is still my go to shop out of all the smoke shops in San Antonio

Audra is the baddest b!tch I've ever met! So knowledge, helpful and treats her customers beyond expectations. Every time I go the experience is more than I expect and I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience there. Always ask for her! She's amazing.

They came through for me when I needed to replace my best friend’s 4 pilot torch lighter. The Megaplexx, the original store they purchased it from, no longer carried them and this was jut a month maybe two at most from the time of its last purchase. The store employees are so very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will definitely keep going back. 😋

i was skeptical at first but the hospitality of the crew members of the shop changed my mind immediately. cash and audra helped me find the exact vape and accessories that i wanted and im more than pleased. i will DEFINITELY be coming back as a frequent customer.
