Very poor service. At first seemed like a good visit, the guys there where cool and easy to joke and cut up with. However, the pre-arranged price which was spoken of, did not happen, and it was understandable, but shouldn't have happened. I was in a pinch and had to split my payment between card and cash, and the price we arranged was as much as I could do. So it was kind of upsetting to be told i had to pay a higher price because the transaction was already started. I almost went digging for more money, but decided to just get my money back. Which I'm glad I did because I went up the street and got the synthesized urine for only 22 bucks after taxes and all. Which was 3 bucks cheaper than this place before taxes. It's too bad and so sad, well disappointing at least. 1st. you Lost a sale, 2nd. a customer (for good btw). And 3rd. You brought bad karma on yourselves (karma runs strong around me), and for literally nothing, $1.50 is not a $1.50 in this situation, it's literally nothing. I'll admit, out the door does imply cash and I know that, but that's when one is trying to strike a deal, not needing assistance in paying for a necessary item. Now you may not think one customer matters (they kind of don't), but in a way they're all that matters, because each customer is just one customer, and you slowly lose your income bit by bit, and you don't realize it until, you have to let an employee go. And she doesn't need to be there anyways, 3 people at the last 2 hours is so unnecessary anyways, "no matter what", ah forget it partna, if you don't understand that you ain't gon' understand anything homeboy, I'm done talkin'
