I love this place.
They remember me and what I like and I appreciate that. I have had two experiences that were less than ideal and both times as soon as management found out about it I was thoroughly taken care of.
I would highly recommend to anybody that wants to find a good neighborhood pot shop.

They gave me the wrong amount of flower and won't let me return it because I walked out of the store... I called 5 minutes after walking out... They are almost always out of what I want and the quality is dirt unless you spend a lot of money. I THINK PEOPLE GO HERE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE. The employees there are garbage and have a big ego with their small wages.

Unfortunately, despite being a long-term customer, I had a very negative experience at Greenside. They gave me the wrong product from an online order and were unable to remediate the issue. The manager at times used a mix of condescension and gaslighting when trying to explain why they could not address the issue, which was completely inappropriate. I parted on good terms and wish them the best, but after this experience will not be visiting them anymore.

Always a great experience when I go here. Today, a really nice lady helped me out with a magnetic converter I've struggled to find anywhere. She GAVE me her personal piece she happened to have with her. I know this isn't the norm so I REALLY appreciate it. Wish I'd of caught her name but THANK U for doing this and thanks to management for allowing her to. 🤗✌️ I've been to several other stores and ALWAYS come back to Greenside!! It's disappointing to go into other stores, like the Joint where the sale days are just 10% off and very limited selections. DEFINITELY worth driving out of my way for!!
REVISION: IM NOT SURE WHY THE SPECIAL DISCOUNTED DAYS HAD TO BE TAKEN AWAY, EVEN AFTER ALMOST 1.5 YEARS OF COVID. I will only go where I find specific deals on my cartridges anymore because incentive is WAY lower than it used to be to go and spend more money so I would get 2 at a time. That's about $80 a week vs 1 cheap 20 gram in cartridge, a
Per week, if I end up going there. JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO MAKE GOOD BUSINESS SINCE.

I highly recommend Greenside and I recommended them highly. They pretty much always have something decent in my price range. The lines move quickly when there are lines and the employees move with a sense of urgency.

Even though this store is always busy, I feel like I get 1 on 1 attention from the bud tender. Brenden had helped me twice now and he's super knowledgeable and patient when I have questions. Every other employee that I've encountered has also been helpful! I even had sometime ask me if I needed to be escorted to my vehicle! Now that's costumer service! This is my new go to for all of my 'green' needs! I don't like that I have to park in a lot next to the store, especially in a bad pain day, but it is what it is.

Absolutely love this place. Fantastic variety and they have so many check out stations. Online ordering has never failed me. I like to be in and out and that is never a problem here. Huge pre roll selection. Not the largest concentrate selection but its always good quality. Weekly deals are some of the best I have seen in the area.
