MAGIC SMOKE VAPE CBD KRATOM (TEMPE)

Went in to get juice over the weekend, I got killer kustard strawberry and bought a new pack of pods. I noticed it odd that the nic salt was not in the box n I was being sold just a loose bottle. I was in a rush and wrote it off. The price was above average by far. I paid 39 bucks for a 30ml nic salt and a 3 pac of pods for a geek vape one. Iv bought two pacs of pods and two bottle of the same brand juice for that. By the second tank the juice was inconsistent in nicotine and just tasted off. I went to my normal store and bought two bottles of the same brand. the guy noted the expiration date on it. I Looked at the one I bought in this store, Turns out the bottle they sold me was expired in October of 2022. The new ones date is 2 years from its date of purchase. . So this juice sold to me had been sitting around for 2 and a half years, who knows how long it was degraded by light out of the box. It’s my fault for not checking, however a retailer has a responsibility to those they service.

I’m sure they’re expecting this review. My friends and I went in to buy a bong and later when we tried using it there was no airflow. We took it back in to the shop because they assumed we didn’t know how to use it. The guy took it back to go try it out and said water came out from both sides. We tried it again in the parking lot afterwards and it wasn’t coming out from both sides, you can literally see in the pictures that it’s not coming out the other side. I even tried it at different levels of water. They said there was nothing they could do about it but offer us a 15% discount, I guess to buy more of their broken products lol. One of the guys working also said the part inside shouldn’t have been sealed off so there could be airflow. I called later because I wanted an explanation on how we could possibly use a bong with no airflow and without the water being able to go out both sides. On the phone the guy even admitted that something was wrong with it but there was still nothing they could do other than a 15% discount. I hate to be a Karen but I’m sure they would be upset if they were sold something broken, too. Anyways, we donated $80+ and got a broken piece of glass, so if you find it in your heart to help some dummies replace the money we lost at this god awful place, the cashapp is $ttdnrb ❤️❤️❤️

In general, the store(the building)may be of small structure, but once you walk inside the greetings and the hellos are a good sign of you are welcome here and we are here to help...very friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable. Mike was very helpful and does have a great field for knowledge about different types and models of vapes and how they work. Great job sir and do keep up your knowledge you have potential to go further with what you know. Thanks Mike

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Came into the shop for a “snail” battery (>30$) for cartridges… person behind the counter upsells me on a 70$ battery. Drive home and it doesn’t work (on 5 different carts). I drive back to the store & ask for a different machine (not even looking for a refund)… no exchanges/refunds EVEN IF THE STUFF THEY SELL YOU DOESNT WORK.

My recommendation: go to any other smoke shop in Phoenix. Bakers Smoke Shop is better. So it’s Sultans.

Don’t waste your time or money like I did.

The customer service before you buy is way better than after.

I had an issue with a product not working one day after purchase. The employee points to a tiny sticker. I show proof of purchase and ask for a manager. The employee gives me a big smile 😁 and says "she is off, so I'm in charge"!

I informed her that if no compromise could be made, I would not be a customer anymore. This seemed to please her. With all the cheaper options online, customer service is key for brick and mortar to survive.

Easily the best smoke and vape shop I’ve ever been to. They have a very large selection of products for all your vaping AND smoking needs. The customer service is second to none. Every time I’ve been in the employees are nothing but welcoming and helpful. I was curious about Kratom and knew nothing about it but their employee Michael explained everything about it so well that I gave it a try and now I use it everyday. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff and they have a customer for life in me now!

If you smoke elfbar do not go to magic smoke shops they charge more than anyone it's 26$ for 1 I can get 2 for 34$ ANYWHERE else go to sky high or anywhere else instead

I dont know why it won't let me submit a review on my normal account so I had to use my silly one. My name is Kyle Smith, I come in here usually bi-weekly. The 1 star reviews stem from pettiness honestly. I notice alot are about disposable vapes. Just a heads up; you're going to find faulty vapes no matter where you go. It is important to try it there as soon as you buy it because if it doesn't work you can immediately request to trade in for one that will work. Each time I come here the employees are so hpful in finding exactly what I'm looking for. Their selection is phenomenal and probably the best in phoenix. Their prices are fair and I do t feel like I'm surrounded by sketchy people like I am at smoke shops. The employees at this point know my rotation already. When I come in they know im here for either 2 juices or one juice and my coils. Ive only been here maybe 6 times and I'm amazed how they remember what flavors I like and when I need my coils. I've one time been give the wrong product but I didn't clarify exactly what I wanted and they immediately turned around and provided me the correct product. They're so friendly to newer vape users and will give you their honest opinions along with answering any question you have for them. I'm a life long customer here for now on. This place is so amazing!
