Decent costumer service. Had a nice verity of disposable vapes.
I went back to this particular store, and noticed new employees. Not sure what happened to the old ones, but I do not like the vibe from the new ones.

These folks have no idea what they sell, or how to answer questions about it. Staff the store with people that know what they’re doing or close the location altogether.

I'm being Generous even giving it two stars. I value great customer service no matter how good your product is. There is a girl in the shop with blue hair who's customer service was absolutely horrible. She seemed very short tempered, dismissive and condescending in her tone when answering questions. She also seemed a bit standoff ish and yes although we should be cautious because of Corona there's a difference in being cautious vs extra and impolite. Product is good, but customer service is aweful.

Great selection, but disappointing customer service. Around 10pm, December 26th, the card machine was down. I waited in line to ask the lone clerk for info on the next closest location because I needed vape juice and coils and only had $20 in cash on me.
When my turn in line came up, the clerk ignored me after ringing up the guy in front of me and went back to helping people on the floor who weren't in line.
When I asked, still standing by the register though she'd walked away, if she could call another location to verify their card machine was working, she replied "You can Google it." You know what else I can do? Shop somewhere that they hire people who have some level of customer service ability.
Updated: Just avoid this Cheshire Bridge location. The Tucker store has a fantastic, helpful staff and the same products just a few miles away.

Great selection. This location has a really good discount bin. My only issue is i wish they stocked natural vape juice products. Also if you're looking for really cheap juice it's hit or miss. But that's ok.

Come here literally multiple times a week and have mostly positive experiences but today got here at 1049 and was given a cut throat signal that they were closed as she flipped the open sign off in front of me. It’s not like I rolled up at 1058. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered without making me feel as if it were something I should have already known as vaping is somewhat new to me. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work!

This company is amazing but this location needs new employees ASAP. I went in and watched this woman answer inquiries for about 20 minutes while ignoring EVERYONE else in the store. The people weren’t ready to purchase anything. It was so bad a gentleman (my hero) said excuse me and ask the people if it was ok if we purchased our items because we were all ready. At this point there were 5 people in there all looking agitated. I will NOT be back to this location. Go to lil 5 they are AMAZING over there and carry the same products.
Btw I hate writing reviews but it was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

The lady was very nice until my friend who was not buying anything could not present ID, for something completely unregulated, NO2 and a cracker. Do not go into the store without bringing your ID or they will not answer your questions.

Very friendly and plenty of vaporizer options plus they sell CBD oil so that's nice though some of their things I can find online a lot cheaper I like going to the shop because you know what you're really getting and you know it's not fake or a knock off. They didn't have a color that I wanted but they did say they would try to get it next week which I really appreciated.
