I love this place! They have an awesome rewards program that is constantly providing discounts, and their prices can't be beaten. The staff is all super friendly and considerate of each customer's specific needs. The location is convenient and their hours are, too! WHOOP!

It's really sad when the "manager" and Teya gang up on the only decent employee still there, Alex, because CUSTOMERS leave her good reviews and express how rude Teya is.
Hopefully district manager gets a handle on the situation soon.
Used to love going here, but won't be returning until the problem is taken care of and I'll make sure to let everyone else know about it too so they can find another shop.

I don't really write reviews, but this place is really nice. It has a good layout. The staff is friendly, and I come here for all of my hookah needs. They typically have good deals, and their prices are great!! For instance, they are having a store wide 30% off sale for the month of August. I know this sounds like I work for the company, but I just really enjoy going here, and I would like for this store to do well.

Xhale city in Newnan has been one of the best vape/smoke shops I've ever personally been to. Staff was super friendly and helpful, letting us know of all their stock I was interested in. LOADS of awesome items, flavors, and smoke accessories. Seriously the best selection I've come across and not expensive either for the quality. Definitely reccomend this shop to anyone in the area. I drove an hour to come here lol. 10/10 honestly
