I've been exclusively vaping since the end of 2014. I had also been using the same vape shop since around the same time, my being able to quit cigarettes was in large part due to my finding a great vape shop that helped me. Unfortunately that shop is in South Florida and my family relocated to Statesboro about 2 months ago.
Upon moving to Statesboro I was concerned about finding two service providers, a hairdresser and a vape store, thankfully 3rd time was a charm with vape stores and I found Xhale City..... I still need a new hairdresser if anyone has any recommendation
Xhale City is a great store, and it is now my exclusive vape store in Statesboro. Whether you are an old pro at vaping like me or are new I highly recommend them, their prices can't be beat, they carry a lot of different options as far as juices and devices AND most important their staff is great:. Friendly, knowledge and honest!

Bought two Rare Bar disposable vapes from a very friendly young man who was very helpful. The first vape worked beautifully, the second one didn't work at all. I asked if I could exchange it for another and this very rude blonde haired girl told me they couldn't exchange it because I didn't try it in the store. Like who tries their disposable vape in the store! Do not recommend

I used to be a huge fan of Xhale city in Statesboro! My favorite products to buy WERE the Delta 8/Delta 10 VAPE disposables. Today, however, I was denied purchasing this item because it is a 21+ purchase, which I find to be outrageous and not true because I have purchased these VAPE products since spring 2021 and I am 20 years old. Not once have I shown and ID or been asked about it. When I called the store and asked why these CBD products can’t be sold to 18+ ANYMORE I was told that they only sell Delta 8 NONVAPE products to 18+ which is NOT TRUE because I have purchased these CBD VAPES for months (like I said, 2021-until last weekend 04-03-2022). I find this to be extremely unprofessional and inconsistent—CONSIDERING multiple employees have sold this product to me before and there was no update on this policy.
They either illegally sold me this product or are now denying me service. Either way, Xhale City in Statesboro is not a good place to be nor purchase anything. It is overpriced and the employees up-sale lies to get you to purchase. For example, I was told LAST WEEKEND the CBD VAPE cart was 2 grams by the employee when it was actually 1 gram.
So disappointed in this store and will make sure others know to keep their distance.
