Not sure if the bad reviews might be on the wrong store but this store is amazing. They are so nice and helpful, always answering a bunch of questions their mood is happy and welcoming. I was scared when I set foot but after talking to Diego man that guy is so cool he helped me out alot. I haven't memorized the name of the other awesome employees since I mostly seen Diego. Keep up the amazing job and great customer service!

If I could give a 0 I would. Will never be going back. Went there to buy a stem. specifically told them I need 14mm size. They sold me the wrong size and wrapped it up before I really had looked at it. Got home and the size was way off. Went back not even an hour later and they would not exchange for the right size. Told them it was their mistake and was told "it's not my problem". I will never be going back there. Luckily for me, I decided to drive downtown to Hippie Down and it was completely worth the drive. They got me what I needed, were super friendly, and even gave me a big discount for my bad experience at Vapor Door. Vapor door needs to change their policy on exchanges and seriously work on their customer service. I 100% recommend Hippie Down over vapor door. Additionally, this is the second time I have written this review. They deleted the first one. I will be checking back as much as needed to make sure it stays up. I think I'll do a delete counter

Knowledgeable staff seems like a chill place to work. Friendly atmosphere and they insist you open and try your product in the store just in case there are any leaks or defects in your product before you leave the store cuz once you walk out it's a wrap son. No refunds.

Best experience for me was back from 2013 to 2017 when it was in the West Jordan at Redwood, 7800 S. Best deals and the owner hooked me up with best vape juice and mod at the (formerly) Utah location!

I showed the employee exactly what I needed and he gave me the wrong item. I did not notice right away as I was buying a number of other things as well. Once I bought it I showed him that it was not the right thing. He would not exchange it, return it or do anything to make it right. So, I ended up paying for his mistake. He was also very rude about it and said that it was not totally his fault cause I didn't notice he gave me the wrong one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Straight up joke. Bunch of high school kids working with zero knowledge on any of the products at all. Sold us a defective product that had zero use for its purpose. and then we went to return it for at least in store credit and was denied and any sort of help or customer service wasnβt offered what so ever. They donβt care about their customers from the way I was treated. Will never be returning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Iβve uploaded an image from the manger calling and leaving me a voicemail. I went in bought a vape that doesnβt work literally went back in two mins later they wonβt return or exchange there defective product. Do your research they are scammers take your money and have no concept of customer service whatβs so ever. Not to mention there prices are higher then everyone in town..

I bought a mod and batteryβs from them the mod only worked for a week then it stopped working. Still have the receipt and everything and they wonβt even exchange it for a different mod. Bad business practice.
