Nice staff and always happy to help. Seems like everybody's really knowledgeable about all the products that are sold and that's rare but super awesome.

The owner seems nice, and the free juice sunday giveaway is cool but the most the staff are just high and retarded to often. I asked about a mod for vaping, was told it would perform sub ohm. Got home and tried it out and it turns out it does not support sub ohm. No big deal, I thought I'd just take it in and trade it towards one that does. Well come to find out that despite being lied to by the staff member, I could not do an exchange. What a joke, it's not my fault your staff doesn't know the product they are selling, now I'm stuck with a useless paper weight. Save yourself some headache and money and just buy your mods and supplies online. I know that's what I'll be doing from now on.

there customer service is horrible, what an unpleasant experience! I can't speak for every employee but the I've dealt with the last two visits has no business dealing with customers I will never shop there again Trust me with all the vape shops out there this is absolutely the worst in Idaho falls. Very disrespectful and rude.

I should have read the reviews before making a purchase. Was sold a used broken product. Went to return it and was asked to take it outside the store because they couldn't verify what had been in it. I never used the product, but they did. Left the product in the store and will never return. Very poor business ethics!!

Great selection horrible prices and bad customer service. Evrything is almost twice as much as it is online or at bigger city stores. No return policy on anything. The guys there knew very little about what they were selling. Vape is fairly new to Idaho Falls and there's little to no competition and they take full advantage of it by charging way more and giving you the customer less. Good way to go see what your looking for but I don't recommend buying overpriced vapes and gas station quality juice. Most online stores have a 60 day return policy, no shipping fees on orders over $50, and much cheaper prices. I wanted to write a good review but way over priced inventory and the over all customers service is absolutely poor.

I’ve got 3 different pieces from this store 2/3 have come broken and they don’t do return policies. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If you are looking for better quality and a much better price I suggest going to Idaho Vape their staff is extremely helpful! I’m sure that their Vapor supplies are just as good as Idaho Vapes, but as you can tell from my review I didn’t like the way I was treated by the owner. I took some parts in and asked him if they could be fixed he took one look at them and said that I had to buy all new “stuff”. I didn’t like the way he answered me so I said that I was going to start buying my “stuff” at Idaho Vape, he didn’t like that so he kind of threw me out of his store. I say kind of because he didn’t physically throw me out, he pointed at the front door and said “out”. Not very good customer service, I think you’ll agree. Since then I have been buying all of my equipment at Idaho Vape and I’ve been extremely satisfied with them. When I started going there I was barely a novice two years ago since then I’ve learned a little about vaping, but their customer service is AMAZING, that alone has kept me there. I’ve gotten over a dozen people “turned on” to vaping as a much safer and cleaner alternative to smoking and all of those people like their store. If you’re thinking about quitting smoking; good for you, it is my recommendation that you do it with the awesome people at Idaho Vape, if you do I’m sure that you will like them as much (if not more) than I do.

To the owner; if you had just taken a second and explained why you thought that I had to buy all new equipment, then you wouldn’t be getting this crappy review.

What an awesome staff. the Vapor door has. I was not sure when I first walked in the place. I Looked around. Seen a couple of dudes chilling, puffing on their vap's. They both were sitting by the front door. At a small table. Then observed, this shady looking guy walking behind the counter. I was like "my bad".. He asked me if I needed any help. I said I think I might.. then he answered every question I have showed me some of their inventory. I ended up spending over 100 bucks that night, and could not be happier. Quality stuff on sale at the Vapor Door. And you could not beat their prices
Hell Amazon can't beat their prices. The satff is Very polite, helpful and informative. Idaho Falls is.luck to have a smoke.shop this cool.
You would be a fool not to buy from the vapor , on Broadway. like to thank the VAPOR DOOR, Staff for the great experience.

I understand all sales are final but when the sale has been finalized for less than 5 minutes and I get the product home and it's cracked from whoever wrapped should be fixed. The worst customer service ever. Will never be returning.

Went in there and was having peoblems with my vape pen wasn't hitting veey good. Well they staetwd of with the coil was burned and replaced the coul. Then the battery was put in the tank but they had to put it on there and back of a 1/4 turn ti get it to work but it still wasn't hitting right. They claimed we had tighted it to much. But it still didn't hit right. So they put a new tank on and gave me a bottle of juice for free. Swered it on toik a hit on it and it was hitting right so come to find out it was the tank. They gave me the tank and the bottle of juice for free what a way to make it right. They will get all my buisness from now on. Good customer service deom the boss way to go.
