Went in and bought some juice, specified four times that I did not want 6m of nic. They gave me 6mil and when I came back with less than half a tank used from the bottle, the best they could do was 25% off a new bottle.

The employee's are not very knowledgeable when it comes to the vape products. I specifically told them no menthol, the girl assisting me recommended a vape juice so I bought it and when I got to my car it said menthol on the box. Not even a minute later I re entered the store telling her I said no menthol and this has menthol and she told me no exchange because I left the store... I went there for convenience because it is close to my house... I usually go to Idaho vape and will continue to drive across town to Idaho vape..

sold me a great product at a great price . I'm not from the area and the staff behind the counter sold me exsactly what I needed . I wanted a vap to try and give up smoking they didn't try and up sell me something I didn't need . they sold me the best product to suit me . also they gave me 50% off juice because I purchased a vap .
also gave me a lot of advice and knowledge about different products .
this was a really good experience and I would recommend to all .

I had bought my vape pen today and I guese in fried the battery took it back 4 hrs later and the fat kid that works there told I was pretty much was screwed and had to by a new battery. He lacks customer skills and if he is what y our staff is like then I will tell everybody not to shop at that location. With workers like him I'm surprized you are still in business. I paid over $30.00 for something I got to use for 2 hrs . the sales man that was there in the morning was real knowable an friendy. But the one that works at night just wanted to take more money from me instead of fixing the problem wich makes me bummed out about that location I wil be sending my money across town. Thanks for your top notch employee.

Nice and chill folk. I wasnt too impressed with their mitragyna before (can't remember the name but it came in pill bottle-sized containers with a really annoying sad excuse for a spoon inside each one, dead flavor), but the big 250s from Mitra Botanicals they have now are very potent. A little pricey but I'm a happy camper in a pinch.

EDIT: A while back I bought a batch of their Mitra Botanicals white vein powder that was the absolute worst. It tasted extremely tannic -- mitragyna is tannic but this was another level, it lacked the tea-like flavor that one expects from this plant: it tasted chemical -- AND it had absolutely no effect. (As in, I went into the unpleasant stage one encounters after not having any mitragyna after using it regularly for a while, WHILE I was taking it.) Really it was a blessing as it was past time for me to take a break from it, but fair warning. The red and green here are reliable but I will not buy the white. Still, I understand that they can't control this and the young gentleman up front is a solid guy.

I've been to hella vape spots across the weastern US and coming home to local shops really makes my buying experience stress free. These guys have good prices, good customer service and well they've answered just about all my questions with logical reasoning. If you want to save money buy online because we all know everything online will always be cheaper. With that said. The bad reviews I've read so far seem like the customer just had a bad day and usually want to damage the rep of the shop but if you had a good experience your most likely not gonna post a review. I've shopped here and and other local shops and needless to say they all are great and these guys seem to always draw me back. So whatever it is you guys are doing keep it going.

The owner of the shop is awesome the customer service is OK what I did not like is I spent over $200 on parts and extra coils that I was not able to use because the workers grab the wrong piece and then because I took them out of the store was not able to get a refund or even a replacementt. The lack of knowledge of the people that work there cost me $200 and that is it right I bought one of their many pins from their store I went home and the "wasn't working so I went online to see if I could order them from the manufacture and seeing that the pen was $50 cheaper online that it was from the store

One of the pricier ones in the area. They only offer single pack coils at a remarkable up charge. I’ll still go in a pinch, but definitely not the first choice stop.

Prices are way too high! Look online or go across town to tsunami smoke shop. I dumped so much money into vape pens that would constantly break and I was told it was just normal. Eventually got the help and advice I needed over at tsunami smoke shop. Much friendlier people and prices!
