This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They ask if they can help you with anything, but then dont want to help walk away as your speaking.
Ive been to so many different VaporWorlds and always left with everything i needed help with and everything answered.

So the selection and inventory looked awesome, but the guy that was working was really unpleasant. I didn't catch his name but he had long straight hair. I just felt like I was annoying him simply by being there. It seemed like he was going intentionally slow, wouldn't really answer questions, and was just rude. Maybe the other location and employees are better but this guy put me off the store and I probably won't be back to this location.

They sell you the wrong items and do not let you exchange, i showed the girl what device i had and sold me the wrong coils. Sorry i sold you the wrong ones.....better luck next time. Ill take my money to another shop

Would be nice for them to have smok nord og and Rmp coils that are for salts- preferably anything over 1.0 ohm. Especially since they sell salts and the nord but try to get you to get a .6 ohm for your salts which proves they don’t know anything about salt nicotine.
If you come in for kratom do your own research because no one here can give you any direction or answer questions.
Would be nice if they carried the one other hi drip iced flavor as well - the lychee one . I’d think a more verity of flavors would help sell rather than 10 plus brands with the flavors.

Really rough customer service. I went in to buy a new vape 4-5 days ago and was recommended on a Vincy system. I wasn’t told by the people working there the system took an 18650 battery and drove 30 minutes home without one. Drove back asked if I could exchange the system because I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it took an 18650. They said no. Asked if I could have a battery for cheaper then normal for my time, I mean I didn’t want the vape to begin with I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it took an 18650. They said no. Asked if I could just get my $ back so I could go to Vapor world on Cambell, they said no. I didn’t even want this model of vape, if I knew it had an 18650 battery I wouldn’t have bought it. There fault not mine.
Was having issues with my vape so I called again yesterday. Lady was extremely rude tried to get rid of me multiple times when I asked to speak to a manager. I was then placed on hold for 25 minutes, I tried to call back but nobody answered and
If you go to a Vapor World please save yourself the trouble and go to Cambell. Christina and her team are A+ And go above and beyond. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen at Cambell.
This republic road store is way more trouble then it’s worth and some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in 7+ years working in the service industry. Why do people have to be so cold during times like these????? As a loyal vapor world customer my feelings are hurt at being treated so poorly.

You're gonna get better customer service buying online then you will bothering these guys in their store !! There wasn't a soul in the store when I walked in, the guy was playing on his phone and wasn't real thrilled to answer questions that I had about the devices. Ironically once he finally started to speak to me with more then yes or no answers to my questions, he was very knowledgeable about vaping , building coils etc. However, I repeatedly stated that I had zero interest in building my own coils or clouding etc., I was strictly looking for simple devices that were easy to fire , light weight and fit a women's hand better then some of the larger , high wattage devices. I gave him examples of the last 3 devices that I purchased at different Vapor World stores , I even had the latest with me , as informed as he seemed to be about vaping in general it was ridiculous how little product knowledge he had for the devices the store carried . I did go ahead and purchase the device that he recommended , only because I needed some kind of a backup for the ones I have . I was kind of shocked at how small the stores inventory was . I also purchased a couple of batteries while I was there. I thought that all Vapor World stores would have the same prices and same sales etc, I called another store earlier in the day to see if the batteries were still on sale and was told yes, but at this location when the employee rang me up they were full price and he said that he couldn't remember there ever being a promotion on them. I always feel bad if I leave a negative review, but from start to finish there wasn't anything positive about my visit

I love vapor world. This location is really great. Large store with a huge selection of juice and mods and accessories. Only issue is sometimes they are out of my juice of choice or coils for my device. But they normally are just a few days away from getting a truck in, or are more than willing to call around to the other locations in town and find out if they have stock. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are up on the new trends and cutting edge devices. Their reward system is great, I've accumulated and spent so many points my wife would be upset. I'd rate this and the other vapor worlds best vape stores in town, hands down.

I went in to buy a new glass because I busted mine . The employee that helped me was very quick to upsale me on entirely new set up even though I just got this one from them a month before . I was told that my glass couldn't be replaced and since the employee couldn't remove the coil by hand he told me that the whole thing is busted and I needed a new setup. The setup he sold me he insisted it would work with my battery which it doesn't . I was told the coils would last longer than the original obs coils did which they dont at all . I was told the money I was spending that day would save me money in the long run and that was a flat out lie I'm gonna start shopping elsewhere

This is the only store I go to. Morgan is the absolute best and is always super friendly and ready to help. That girl needs a raise or something! I live in Ozark and I take the extra time to drive here because of the best customer service she gives when I come in. You rock Morgan! You're the best!! I hope you see this!
