The staff however is what I truly enjoy the most about this location. Everyone here is always upbeat and super helpful, especially Kat! She goes above and beyond the regular call of duty to make sure you’re completely satisfied. Really fun store. I do hope they have Song of India back in stock soon. It’s my favorite scent.

I had a horrible experience with a ratty haired woman who worked there. So I went in looking for a water pipe...well it was my first time buying one and Į didn’t know to call it a “water pipe”. Į go up to the desk and ask the this ratty haired lady about a water pipe. Calling it by the more obvious term that most people know it as and this woman called me out on it multiple times and then threatened to kick me out of the store. This was extremely uncalled for and very rude. Į then asked her about the water pipes she had since Į had only hit a few before and wanted to know more about them. This woman could barely tell me anything about anything and kept using the excuse “it’s personal preference”. Well that’s just very helpful... A few days later Į went in again after doing some research since she could barely sell me anything and obviously knew nothing about what she was selling. A talked to a younger guy who informed me a lot about the different products and told me the type of hits Į would get and what not. Very helpful. Great service. So if you ever have to talk to a young woman with dreds don’t expect any help from her. Just an attitude and a rude personality. Į was very angry and will not be going back there after having to deal with that kind of service.
