They always make me feel welcome, and help with any questions I may throw their way. Chandler is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and his recommendations haven't failed me yet. Manny is very informative and was one of the best customer service experiences I have had to date. This past week, My family was informed of some extremely bed news and I went to the shop looking for some assistance for some of their herbal supplements to help out the situation and relieve some stress. When presented with the situation, Manny took time To talk to me about everything and inform me greatly about the products on the shelf which is more than I can say for other Brick and mortar type stores.
Honestly this really stuck with me which is why I want to make sure he is mentioned in this review. I have never really come across someone that actually was willing to take their time and help me understand, normally it's just trying to get me to buy something and get out the door. This was not the case at all with this scenario.

I have been to this location many times. All employees are very knowledgeable about the products sold here. Manny, has been of great help to me. I have a chronic pain issue and he was able to recommend some things that really....Really..help. love this store. I will continue to be a customer. And a happy one at that.
