All of the employees are very friendly, helpful, and willing to thoroughly explain their products. I love that they will let you try products and are no/very low pressure to purchase. American Shamen always stands behind any product they sell and has made it right on the rare occasion when I have had an issue. I love this store! I learn so much every time I visit. It is amazing how the owners are always bringing in new products; as well as, everyone that works at the store is knowledgeable and passionate about helping people. I love how the owners have the store decorated. You feel at home, literally. Amazing people. Amazing products! You know you are getting a quality product because it actually works and it’s not oily with goo. Yes, I meant goo. There are other products out there but they are oily and disgusting and you literally receive no benefits. That’s why I love American Shaman of Allen! I will only use their products for my business and for my personal life! Go there! Get a free sample and you will see what I mean.

This is my absolute favorite place to go whenever I need some products. Oils, gummies, hand sanitizer? They've got it all, for good pricing, AND good quality. I'm big on finding places to be loyal towards, and this one takes the cake for me.
But it's not just because of the products. The people here are absolutely wonderful. I was assisted by a lovely individual named Kamie who not only made the transaction painless, but she made my mood go from 0 to 100. She was so nice to me, and so chill to talk with, that if it wasn't 30 minutes before closing time I would've hung out for a while just because of the energy she has. 10/10 would recommend this place, if not for the products, then for Kamie alone.

I was visiting last weekend, struggling with horrible hip pain from a recent car accident, and thanks to this place I was able to actually relax and enjoy myself. The gal that helped me, Laurie, made me feel so welcome, valued, and at ease. She really listened to what I needed, asked questions and helped me figure out what would work best.
