Been a customer for four years, staff has never led me wrong and are knowledgeable on everything in store.

Finally talked my fiancée into vaping to assist in riding cigarettes and initially customer service was awesome. Veteran discount.. well we went back and a different person was there and asked for the same type of flavor, got home and realized that the guy gave him 1.2 nicotine instead of the .3 that he liked took the unused boxes back and manager would not let him exchange them even with the receipt. According to the return policy on the original receipts he could within 14 days .. it was only overnight. Well needless to say this caused frustration and back to cigarettes 😔😡.

Amazing store and even better people. I will only ever shop at avail they really take them time to get to know their customers and make sure they are happy. Would recommend 1000%

I just left AVAIL Vapor. I walked in having trouble getting flavor from my current Aegis Mini kit. Kyle was working and he was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process. Still being pretty new with everything, he explained why I was having the flavor issue. I asked what are some good mods that I wouldnt have the issue with and he showed me two very good options. He then showed me what he is currently using, the Jackaroo mod, which was one of the ones he suggested to me. Ultimately, that's what I ended up choosing. Also, with the AVAIL membership, I saved a lot of money on my first purchase. Overall, I am completely satisfied with his customer service and the products I purchased. I will definitely be coming back to AVAIL thanks to him!

My husband (we are both pushing 40) went to this store to pick up some e-liquid. The sales person asked (for no reason) who he was buying the liquid for. When he stated he was looking for suggestions since his wife (me) prefers the fruity ones, she immediately rudely refused to sell him anything.
At all. Terrible service, terrible sales agent, and we'll never return.

I hate this place. I bought the vape and tank from a saleswoman who looked like she was one accidental decaffeinated coffee away from eating the barrel end of a gun. When my vapor stopped working after 3 weeks, I brought it back to an equally dead-inside saleswoman who just stared at me with contempt even though I tried to be really friendly. I was coldly informed I couldn't return it without a receipt. That would have been okay with me if she hadn't just handed to back to me after affirming that the product was defective and glared at me as if I were an inconvenience. They are extremely over-priced and they charge for trying out their juice. After I left, I went to another vape shop and purchased the same product for a third of the cost and the tank was included. Avail Vapor had actually taken the product out of the original box and separated the tank for me to purchase separately. I will never go back. I'm giving this place one star because there are no negative stars.

I have purchased several items from your store in Roanoke Va on valley view boulevard including vapes mods coils juice etc. today I go in to return exchange my device that isn’t working properly and the lady who was very rude a heavy set black lady tell me I can’t even though it’s still working the warranty exchange period she told me stop running the wattage at such which is recommended by the vaporesso vape I have. I will never purchase another device or juice from this company or store and I will tell everyone else I know to do the same !
