I wanted to post an updated review cuz the last one was 2 years old & alot has changed. Still a kick button dispensary with great selection & knowledgeable budtenders. Taylor helped me out today & lmk I had a discount on my rewards account saving me money. Ofc I still spent the same, she just got a bigger tip! My go-to cartridge store for sure!

I tend to always use the express window. It's fast, convenient, and just sooo helpful for me. I have a dog with severe separation anxiety so the express window helps a ton with him still being able to see me when I step out of the car. Aside from those perks, the customer service is also amazing! I love the people at the express window, lately there's been two different blonde girls helping me, both are so awesome though! (sorry, I didn't catch yalls names!) Anyway, the service given fast, friendly, and just really top notch. I used to be a budtender at a different dispensary so I'm usually pretty picky but this is hands down my favorite dispensary in town! 🥰

First time checking out a Craft as I just moved to Vancouver, really great setup for the store, very chill vibes. Adrian helped me, was very knowledgeable about the products and the current specials. Very easy transaction. Express window for online order pick ups available as well. Found my new regular smoke shop!

Customer service is always great. The layout is a little counterintuitive for me but it's not a big deal, the space is nice and the employees are nicer. I think it was Collin who helped me out today. I had just gotten off of work and was super frazzled. He was patient and kind even after I switched my choice a couple of times and took a while getting my money situated.

I stopped in here during a very stressful day on a short break, and during the holidays it was crowded but they were so friendly and efficient honestly, I’m shocked. I work retail and this was a great experience, I let them know I was in a hurry and they were super kind and got everyone in and out! The guy said it was his quickest rewards sign up ever LOL I live and OR and can shop tax free but I will make a point to come here for the customer service ✅💚
