One amazing employee can create such An impactful experience. I was in tears because of a bad response to a product. Zac, who helped me today was patient, empathetic, caring and very knowledgeable. He took the time to really teach me, and in a way that showed how much he cared. Finding the right fit for me took some sort of magical wizardry, and he nailed it. Iβm a fan for life!

Every time I go into Craft Cannabis I experience great customer service from the staff. In particular, Tucker is always very friendly and knowledgeable. He's patient with my questions and pays attention to my needs. He's a great guy!

I visit Vancouver about once a month for work and I always make a point to stop by Craft. Theyβve got a great selection of flower and edibles and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. The last time I was there my bud tender Tucker turned on the Southern charm and crushed it. He recommended the best Sativa hybrid and was cracking me up the whole time. I kinda want to work there now.
