I came in a couple of weeks ago to deal with pain related to an old sports injury. I was greeted by a sales associate named Tucker. He asked if it was ok to get into the specifics of my issues and when I gave him more detail, he took a lot of time introducing me to products that could be suitable for me. He was amazing! Empathetic, knowledgeable, and no-pressure. I would go back to Craft based on Tucker's service alone. And yes, my pain is better!

He took time to make sure I was happy with what I was getting and never sounded annoyed when I would ask a bunch of dumb questions about little things.
