I placed an Order on line for what i thought was a good price. The total came to $62. When i arrived they had a print out of my order and the quantity with the total of $62. However when it came time to pay, they told me my total was $186. Last time i checked this is false advertising not to mention it cost me money and time to get to Vansterdam. Will never return.

I have only been to one other cannabis shop and I don’t know much about cannabis. I can say that this shop is very clean, there’s quite the variety, and it’s well organized making it easy to navigate. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. It’s best to pay in cash. If you use a credit or debit card, you pay an extra fee because they convert your money into bitcoin to complete your purchase. The guy explained it to me in more detail but I forgot.

Poor customer service, I walked in and was completely ignored. I stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, a simple "we will be right with you" is at least courteous. There were at least 5 employees walking around and only 4 customers. The salesman next to me was working with an indecisive customer, then walked past me without saying a word. The young lady next to him was working on the computer and blatantly ignored me. This was my first and last visit.

Nice selection of concentrates and edibles, but they prepackage flower. I prefer to see what I picked going in, but that might be just me. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are always happy to answer my questions. I think I would give 5 stars if not for the prepackaged flower.

New Vansterdam has drastically improved in the last six months. Beautiful, welcoming store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and went over the top to help me out to get exactly what I wanted. The menu is extensive, no shortage of weed there! I've been to other rec stores and they were pushy, slightly rude even. New Vansterdam has outdone themselves. It's awesome for weed virgins or the connoisseur.
