I've been a customer here for about a year. It's under new ownership and I love the quality of customer service. The store is really cool itself. Great layout and selection. They're open 7 days a week until 11pm! I don't know any other dispensary with late hours. It's the best!
I don't use bud. I like edibles. I can't find anything remotely like what they sell in Oregon, where I live. They're delicious and they help me relax and sleep. I recommend the Indica strain. It doesn't cause the paranoia that Sativa does, for me at least. I dig the discount you earn once you spend $100. Monday edibles day, buy one get one half off is my favorite!!

I was very disappointed with my first experience. The gentleman that helped me was rude and uppity. I will stay with the herbery for now nicer people and they help you with what your looking for ones medical issues. I get treated better there. Although they do have a good selection. I will give them that. May try again but it will be a while before I do. Maybe the person was having a bad day or something

Best online order form, hands down. I've yet to feel the fake kindness that goes hand in hand with being an employee in the service industry also, which is kick a$$ cool. The rewards system rocks. They check every Id at the door but I don't feel like I'm passing by the Queen's guard. The only only place I buy dank now. Keep on rocking in the free world guys!🤘

The return policy is not really honored, be careful buying vapes and stuff.

Great place if you like variety. the employees are very responsive to helping someone that needs help with anything. But I really like the online reservation. it’s quick and easy to place orders. I will be definitely be going back more. Great place!!

I’ve been a loyal customer that comes in on average twice a week and my experience has been great until I had an issue. I purchased an 80 dollar glass piece on Valentine’s Day and it worked great until one day I went to pull the stem out and it shattered. I have had this piece for only 2 weeks and the most they were “able” to help me was to offer me 25 percent off a new one. If you aren’t going to stand by your products quality then don’t sell the item. If an item you sell breaks 2 weeks after it being purchased and during intended normal use then anyone in their right mind would expect at least 50% off a new one when it should honestly be free. I really like this place and it’s staff a lot and Its just sad how much they disappointed me in the end after how much money I spend in their store weekly. I guess taking care of a customer when your product is faulty doesn’t matter anymore.
