Used to come to this store at least once a week, spending a couple hundred dollars at a time. Until one day I came in 5 minutes before opening and the owner told me to wait outside for 20 minutes on him. I left and took my business elsewhere and I haven't been back since. That's no way to treat loyal customers who spend good money with you.
