Do not shop here. First time here and the last. Picked up 2 glass rigs and one had a hole in it the size of a pin. Called to see if i could exchange it, you talk about some rude and hostle people. They didn't exchange it even though it wasnt used. They dont care about doing the right thing even though they sold me a defective glass piece. I asked if they are ok with doing that and i was told yes. The reviews are misleading.

Went in the other night to look at some glass, Tito was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable as to what glass was what. We were in there for about 20-25 min asking questions and looking around. Ultimately ended up buying some new glass and will definitely be back for a mystery bag.
