Love Deep Roots in Mesquite! Miranda at the front desk is literally the nicest and friendliest person on earth and the most helpful in terms of knowing the product and helping you at all costs. Every time I walk in and see her smiling face, I know my experience is going to be amazing. Thanks for always making the visit to Deep Roots amazing Miranda!

I came from Colorado spent 25 dollars to get there and 40 at the counter including tip. As soon. As I got there I was told to move and get in line. The same older lady with shoulder length blonde hair got my order ready. I got home with more anxiety and stress then I had before as one package was empty without product inside.in the morning after walking an Hour to get there, justin was able to get me my stuff. But did not want to give me the servers name. This is poor customer service and an unwillingness to create trust with your customers. I just think if they take there job more serious in the future they won't have to waste the customers time.

This place is awesome! The atmosphere and vibe of the whole place is amazing. Prices are pretty standards nowadays but the quality is pristine. Miranda helped me fine the perfect flower for me would definitely recommend this place.

I am a Nevada (Clark County) resident and medical card holder. When I went to the Mesquite location, I was told I could not use my medical "discount" unless I completed two forms, including a "Non-resident" declaration "under penalty of perjury". When I asked why, I was told by a rude front desk person that she didn't have to explain it to me. I asked to speak with a manager (Guadalupe Lujan), who didn't even listen to me. The Nevada statute they cited (NRS 53.045) is ONLY for non-residents. I asked if I could cross out the "non-resident" language and was told that if I did, I couldn't get a "discount". It's not a discount - it's medicine.
When I asked how they managed my private information (they took a photocopy of both my ID and my medical card), they asked me to leave. This place is an absolute joke with rude staff. I would like to know why they need copies of my medical information and how they protect the same. Find somewhere else to get your meds!!

Been there quite a few times now! Definitely a great dispensary, Chazz has been the guy that has helped me most often. He is great at his job for sure! Great customer service and he really knows his product!

The budtender got annoyed I asked to look at additional products, he let out an audible sigh. Their ATM machine charges an outrageous $8 and then only lets you pull out $200 which with deeproots pricing means youll have to swipe twice. This is the problem when you are a monopoly in town (mesquite location).
