The girls employed at this establishment aren't rude or passive aggressive to other women. Everyone is welcoming and polite. Cleanest smoke shop I've ever been to! If you're buying from here, you have to sign up for the club. They give you gift certificates based on your purchases. This place does not disappoint.

Walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. The place is very clean and stylish with a very nice selection of items to browse. The gentleman behind the counter was super kind and helpful and made me some excellent recommendations that i enjoyed very much. Make sure to try the tropical punch. You wont be disspointed. Cheers

Best place for glass in Rochester. They've got a parrot in the store, and it's loud!! Employees kinda tried to upsell me on a better bowl but they weren't pushy and were extremely friendly and helpfull. I haven't used a "water pipe" in 10+ years but they helped me pick out a perfect piece that fit my needs!

Always really nice whenever I stop in! First time I went in I didn’t realize there was a parrot. Thought that was really cool to see in a smoke shop. Only reason I realized there was a parrot was because he became vocal and scared me at first! Lol

By far the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Rochester, Ny!!!! Went in the other day to look at the hookahs and I was immediately greeted by their well educated staff that went above and beyond to explain to me everything about the hookahs and all the accessories they have to offer that go with it… He even suggested a couple of different tobacco flavors from their wide range along with a coal burner too 🙂🙂 I highly recommend for anyone who’s unsure about what they want or what they’re looking for to make a stop by and I’m sure one of their amazing staff members if not the owners will guide you in the right direction!!!
