ZFO VAPE SMOKE CBD & NOVELTY

I have been frequenting ZFO's Spencerport, NY location for the greater part of two years. I've spent upwards of approximately $1,500.00 on various supplies such as e-liquid and coils. I decided to stop in earlier today to do much of the same. The individual behind the counter requested that I take the phone call with my girlfriend pertaining to groceries outside, "due to reception issues." I didn't think much of it initially. I then came back in the store to purchase a smaller vaping device, replacement coils, and juice($130.00 in total). During this process I received yet another call from my girlfriend pertaining to a specific type of milk, that was not stocked at Wegmans..my previous stop for the day. The words "they didn't have that one" prompted the person behind the counter to inquire, "are you buying this for her?" I replied, "no." He then proceeds to tell me "it sure sounds like it by your conversation. I can't see you anything." Id say this would be comparable if I was at Wegmans purchasing beer and and the cashier refused sale due to a phone call I was having, while checking out, to a product unrelated to beer and uttered the words, "they didn't have that one." I'm sure this one star review will land me on their wall of shame where they place a still frame photo of unsatisfied customers on the wall and quotations of what they said. I'm sure that an extensive response will be posted to my review containing phrasing such as "straw purchase" and "investigator" as others would suggest. My loyal patronage to your business is apparently irrelevant to you and no, I will not be back so save yourself the "spend more money elsewhere." Calling other shops trash in any industry is highly unprofessional also.

*This is my first google review, the only reason I am writing this review is to warn others to avoid this store*

Upon entering the business I was met with a representative who demanded an ID, an action usually expected at a seedy bar. Much to my dismay the salesperson still decided to refuse to sell anything to me as I was with a friend from out of New York state who was 21+.

As someone who grew up in Spencerport and has family members who own and operate multiple businesses within Spencerport, it pains me to see a business in town with terrible customer service.

I do not recommend this store to anyone in the area as every other vape store is probably a better bet for buying any vaping related product. Furthermore, I sincerely hope the curt salesperson who refused service will get over her inferiority complex and try not to run a growing business into the ground.

I will not be returning to this small hobbit hole of a store and no one else in their right mind should!

I stopped in to see if they had my favorite salt vape juice and, of course, they did! I was greeted with a smiling warm welcome and then I noticed an adorable dog napping on the couch. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable!
I was looking at the vape pens and I said what features I wanted and what my price range was and they had exactly what I wanted. Daryl spent a ton of time with me making sure I knew all of the pieces of the vape and she made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the store.
I'm not sure what I'm more excited about, getting this awesome new vape pen or finding a new favorite vape store!
And, for what it's worth... The place is physically accessible for people that use wheelchairs! 😍

Was looking for a rare/discontinued mod that nobody around me sold anymore. ZFO had it. Reasonable prices, fast shipping, super friendly customer service (Thanx Darrelle) went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied, and I’m. For sure will look 👀 them up for my future vape needs.... Thanx guys👍

The zfo has great customer service and the ability to find products on their website before hand made the experience even better. I purchased the tropical freeze from frost factory which I give an A+ on flavor thanks to Brandon Geery for the great customer service

The staff here is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, a great resource for this area. This is not just a "vape shop", their knowledge, resourcefulness and care extends far beyond equipment and juice. They actually care for their customers, and meeting/exceeding our needs/expectations. Whether you are looking for a healthier alternative to smoking (or trying to get on the road to quitting all together), or a seasoned vaper looking for anything from a better experience, to a completely customized engraved showpiece mod, you will find it here. I wish there were 6 stars, they deserve many more than 5.

After calming down and hearing the owners response to my complaint. It is a faire explanation and I respect that my complaint was listened to and they care enoup to respond. Sorry Daryl for giving a bad review out of my frustration. This is truly a great place with great people.

Best place around to go for your vaping needs. Selection is excellent. They have stuff most other vape shops have never even heard of. Great customer service. Brandon is always helpful and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the business. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Darrell's was great. She was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I highly recomend coming here if you don't know what your doing like me.

Very knowledgeable staff with very good prices and biggest assortments of everything vape related. Also has a massive online presence as well. Should definitely put some signage up to make it easier to find!!
