Me and my girlfriend arrived. I go in to get a coil and they ask if my gf is coming in I say no but they needed her ID.. I get my gf’s ID who IS 18 but didn’t want to come in to the store. I go back in and again they can’t sell to me. I drive my girlfriend home and leave her there so they can sell to me when I am purchasing this coil for myself. Manager is very disrespectful and cares about the buisness.. save your money and don’t even bother going there. Staff is very unfriendly and disrespectful. Never have I had such a hard time in the 2 years that I have been vaping to purchase something, And I’ve went to thirsty coil in Henrietta!!!!!!!! This place is a disgrace and there is a reason they are the back corner of a plaza. They are a garbage place to go. IM NOT A MINOR NOR IS MY GF DONT BE FOOLED BY THE MANAGERS CHILDISH GAMES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! HE ALSO CONTACTS ME ON FACEBOOK AND CALLING ME NAMES VERY CHILDISH. Brando, Brando, Brando. For starters this guy has great customer service, if you have any questions about vaping he can answer them without hesitation, and it's fun to shoot the s**t with him. As far as the ZFO goes as a company, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have great employees, the best selection of vaping stuff I've seen, they have everything from mods and tanks to RDAs and mechs, their pricing is very close to online prices, so that makes it even better! Go here all the time and it's definitely worth a visit if you haven't gone yet.

This place is literally a hole in the wall type of business and honestly it puts every vape shop in the Brockport area to shame. Super hard to find and could definitely use a lighted sign to signify its entrance. When you first walk up it seems like your going to walk into a closet but once you walk in its almost like an "Alice in Wonderland" feel, it opens up to an awesome shop lined with some of the best mechs, mods, and juice! There super aggressive with ID's and making sure absolutely no minor even has a chance, so make sure you have your ID. Lauro? (Not sure how its spelled) Was really knowledgable and helped us out a ton, If your looking for a place to even just get started with vaping GO HERE, whether it be to start building coils, start vaping, or even if your experienced and just need some awesome new equipment and juice like we did. Purchased ourselves a great Coil Master kit and some more juice on the cheap even after comparing to online pricing. I have to drive past two vape type shops to get to this place and way out of my way, but I will go back here for all my vape needs for sure!

I am so glad my friend brought me to this shop. Shawn was working when I went in and he was so helpful. He suggested a berry flavor for my first vape and it was perfect for me. He also blows smoke rings and does tricks while he's working. (I guess he's won competitions because he's that good at it.) I will definitely be back again soon.
Remember to bring your I.D. btw. They ask for everyone in your party for theirs. Even if they know you. I look really young for my age so it didn't bother me but I wasn't expecting them to ask my friend for his. Again nbd cus we both had ours.

Great shop, great people, great atmosphere. Jason runs the storefront and is an excellent guy. This isn't a hard-pushing retail store, it's more a great place to hang out with other vapers and talk about different equipment and juice. Being able to look inside the machine shop where HoH pvs are made is an awesome touch. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
