Great customer service, awesome selection of juices that are at great prices. I didn't catch his name, but the clerk in the shop this morning was very helpful and chatted with us about flavors and what products they were trying to get in and/or restock. Definitely will be coming back!

The customer service was top notch, they had great deals, and an awesome rewards program! I stopped in this place for the first time today after my regular shop didn’t have what I needed available, and wouldn’t have more until Monday. Not only did these guys have an abundance of what I needed, but assured me that they would always have it in stock! You guys have earned yourselves a new customer!

Bought our first REAL vape today! It was a down to earth and friendly atmosphere. All the staff and customers were helpful! Jenna helped us and she was so helpful and kind! She showed us a variety a mods that she thought we would like and helped us find the perfect one for us. Thank you so much for everything today! We will definitely be back! 💛

We we're just passing through and we're recommended to stop by Serenity Vapor Lounge. I'm glad we did the young lady that helped us was incredibly nice and gave us a lot of information. She cleaned my tank and changed my coil for me as well. Great customer service and store was clean and organized.

These guys are fantastic! I went in after having some problems with my Joyetech eGo one that I purchased at a different store. I went to these guys because they had been highly recommended, and I wasn't happy with the service I received at the other store. I am brand new to vaping, and they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They willingly helped me with my issues I was having with the product that they didn't even sell me, AND gave me a deal on some new liquid and coils that I needed. In a nutshell, this place is clean, modern, and has very friendly service. Their selection of liquids is huge, they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and have very reasonable prices. Glad they have a location in Tigard, so it's even closer for me!

Customer service was nice but they didn't have any nicotine! Highest was 6. I'm looking for 18-24.
According to the owners reply this isn't true. However I think he's considering the two or three flavors with that amount of nicotine. All flavors should have an option on strength.

Best vape store in the area by far, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are happy to help with any issues or questions you might have. Randy in particular is an exceptional employee he has helped me many times with several mechanical vape issues and well as general vape knowledge. I recommend this store to anyone I know who vapes and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. If you're a novice vaper, a seasoned pro, or anywhere in between this is where you should be buying your vape products!
