I can’t say enough amazing things about this place, the staff and the sisters. I usually get all my tinctures and flower here because they’re so professional and knowledgeable of their products. And everything I’ve tried there has been the best quality, out of every other cbd stores I’ve been to in the area.
This time I decided to try out a cartridge and battery. Bought the strongest wax cartridge alongside the rapidheat battery. I was having some trouble with the device heating up properly and reached out for some advice. They responded quickly and gave me some great tips to try. After trying everything and not getting any results, they offered to help me troubleshoot the problem at the store and try to fix it. We tried a different battery, and they even called the manufacturer to ensure thorough troubleshooting. We were able to resolve it by swapping out the battery with one that was functioning properly, and it worked great!
Even before it was fixed they offered to replace the items, no problem. She even gave me a store credit for the inconvenience. That was the sweetest thing. I completely understand weird defunct things can happen with both of these devices, but the level of care they gave during this situation blew me away. That’s the entire reason I will always come back to Restart. The level of professionalism, quality of products and attention to detail raises this place far above the others. Thank you again! People here were so warm, friendly and knowledgeable about CBD, I learned a lot and was able to make the purchase I desired at a good price. RESTART CBD has lab tested CBD. You can look at the lab tests. Its sourced properly and all their products are high quality. Ive tried a few places for CBD products. This one is different. Its not like those other places trying to make a quick buck. The hemp bud they sell is awesome. Their wax is excellent. Many products are full spectrum with 0.3% or less of THC. I use their products for a chronic condition and it really does help. They have my business.

Sydney and her sibling (and their mom) are so knowledgeable! And friendly! They make the product themselves in a commercial kitchen with recipes the mom formulated to help her family stay healthy and heal. I struggle with inflammation issues and sleep. Always high quality product and friendly, knowledgeable staff! If you want to try CBD and want to know what you are getting, this is the place! I was looking for a locally owned/made CBD tincture and came across them - and they are women-owned and operated! Over the years, I've purchased CBD from several highly recommended companies and I think RESTART has been the highest quality.

I have mild anxiety, as well as pain/inflammation in my hands and arms from work. I use the 40mg Zero-THC once a day as needed and it really does make a huge difference. I recently tried a vape cartridge and loved the quality. It helped immensely and quickly with pain! They also give you very clear instruction on how to use their cartridges - they don't use fillers so the liquid is thicker than e-cigs and other cbd brands.

I had originally planned to use their products in massage oils; I'm a massage therapist. I emailed to ask about the best way to do that, the owners were extremely helpful and offered several options.
