Cam and Lilly are the absolute best! They're knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, kind and just sweet people. The shop is killer! Smells great with an immediate friendly welcome, so much variety from vape devices, juice, hookah supplies, cigars and so much more. Well worth the hour long drive. If you're in the area or an hour away like me, this is the place to go for all your needs. This hot mess of a girl is thrilled with her purchases and will be back soon! The store has an awesome selection and super friendly staff! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and a helpful employee. GREAT selection of wraps and papers, as well as gadgets to assist with wrapping that perfect cone! Store is clean and well-organized. Glad you’re there!

I purchased my first CBD vape from here. The flavor was nice. However, this disposable died within 4hrs of my purchase. So now it's just a vial of CBD. I'm concerned about the quality of the products here. The vape I selected before the one I walked out of the store with did not work either. I'd strongly recommend staying away from all disposables here.

I used to go here all of the time until I bought aa vape battery that Lasted all of three months whenever I purchased it after if I want to be seat I say do I need it because you guys keep these on file right they said yes so I didn’t get a receipt when the battery stopped Working after only three months I take it back there to exchange it and I get the I’m sorry we don’t hit the down on the file and no we won’t exchange it. I will never go back there again There are plenty of other shops I can go to that would exchange it

Been here twice so far I don't think I will be going back. I walked in and other customers were being assisted. I already knew what I needed. I waited patiently while the customers ahead of me asked about every vape flavor in the store. Meanwhile another customer walks in and is helped before me. I spoke up and the clerk was very rude to me. So I walked out.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at magic vapor I'm sorry magic smoke vape. On Chandler boulevard and 40th Street in ahwatukee. Courtney and Lena are by far the best customer service representatives in the entire Phoenix greater area.
Both of them took out their time to show me numerous different C- cell cartridge batteries with adjustable watts!
. When Employees like Courtney and Lena Help a costumer take time out of their daily life to help me what an awesome person that that person is I'm beyond impressed. They were also super polite. I will also be back to spend even more money the next time. Every time I come to this shop these two amazing employees always make me come back because they're satisfaction to the customer isn't over until we smile they are awesome customer service Representatives
