Wow! Overall the shop and customer service was amazing. I have bought a few disposable vapes and they offered me to try it out in the store and see if it worked. (I have bought so many in the past and they would not work immediately after purchasing them) and mine didn't work. The employees offered me a brand new vape right on the spot!! Saved me a trip, money, and extra hassle to buy a new one. I am so grateful and will definitely be coming back and recommend everyone to Magic for their disposable vape needs.

they can’t decide if they will sell you stuff or not. sometimes i can buy nicotine here and sometimes can’t. depends on whos working. i’m going to report them and see if it’s legal to operate this way

This establishment has twice sold me products that were defective. After purchasing a 5k and returning immediately after their last bunk product wasn't working. I spoke to the customer service rep and let them know I had bought 100's of these disposables and knew how to operate them. This one was defective which of course happens from time-to-time. They asked me if I had followed the instructions. Which clearly communicated they weren't listening and getting ready to make me the generous offer of selling me another potentially defective products at full price. There are other local smoke shops that allow you to test the products and return if defective. I wouldn't recommend Magic Smoke and Vape if they paid me to endorse their business. Retail businesses need to be customer satifaction focused. These people don't understand customer service at all. They're clearly ok with selling defective products and then offering to sell you another potentially defective item at full price. No thanks. I've taken my business elsewhere.

My wife and I were in there tonight for a couple small items. There were 2 people working. They were probably the nicest people I've encountered in a customer service setting in quite a while. I will definitely be back and will recommend this shop to my friends!!!!

Another bait and switch headshop. Just when you think Ahwatukee is finely going to get a good one . . . not today!
Went in for an accessory for my piece. They're charging about 15% more than MSRP - not the best, but not the worst, either.
What is the worst is going to pay at the register and being told that "no, your item is not for sale at the sticker price. Instead, we're charging $10 more, and there's nothing to be done about it."
That's the story of how I paid $120 for a $90 part. Don't be like me. Shop elsewhere.

Just went in here for my first time the other night & I will say that Magic is now one of my most FAVORITE smoke shops! The two employees both put 100% effort into helping me and my husband. They listened to exactly what we wanted & remained patient with me, as I looked at a number of different vapes, eventually making up my mind, and with my husband as he picked the perfect bong. They were both very friendly, even after having to stay open a few minutes longer than the closing time. WE LOVE MAGIC SMOKE SHOP!!
