RISE Recreational Dispensary Carson City

always a great experience at rise in carson city. I went in and asked if there was anything they could help me with as a device i had purchased last week wasn’t working properly. Sarah was extremely polite and helpful assisting me and working with her lead Rachael who helped me get a new device that was in working order. They both very incredibly helpful and very pleasant during my short visit!

I haven't had as much money lately so I haven't been shopping here that much and honestly Allison makes me regret that. She was so helpful and fun and sweet and I really hope I see her again when I go next time!!! I love Rise, from the open inviting atmosphere to the awesome employees to the expansive selection and the cutest/coolest pipes I've ever seen! (Looking at you, bitey worm pipe, soon you'll be mine!!)

Sarah H. is probably their most experienced bud tender at the moment and she’s amazing! Always has a great attitude and calls me up by name before seeing my ID every time! Very flower knowledgeable so if you’re smoking bud she’s the girl to talk to about it!

This was my regular go to in Carson City as it always had the best deals, and really friendly staff. Recently went in and was not allowed to make a purchase with my Valid issued drivers license.
My ID was not once scanned in. They looked at my ID before even trying to scan it and say they no longer accepted these type of IDS. My NV state drivers license is a " Limited Term Drivers License." But is very much a legal piece of identification. I let the employees know that I have been to this location multiple times with the same ID. They let me know the policy had recently changed and that multiple people have been turned away.

This place has the absolute best service. In particular the clerk Erny. Erny is always so helpful and wonderful. My questions get answered and they have exceptional customer service skills. I changed my preferred store because of how awesome service is here.

I always have good customer service and their prices are somewhat fair. I gave it 4 stars because every time I go there I tip without fail. For some reason every single bud tender I have dealt with never says thank you for their $5 tip. They act like it's a requirement. I will still continue to tip but damn can I get a thank you?

Love this place. Been going there and been a rewards member since they opened. Great deals, sales and selection. The team is great and helpful. I always recommend this place. Hands down, my favorite dispensary.

Rob and Angel both know the products very well and they were great at helping me find what I wanted! I highly recommend this shop. Bud tenders and selection are great!

Normally I would give rise a good review but today after standing in line for 30 min and only 3 employees at the counter does not look good. Why am I going to drive from the far north side of town if I'm going to stand in line for 30 mins. I drove right past another dispensary but chose to go to Rise thinking it would be about a 10 min in and out just like every other time I have gone into Rise, I was wrong. If you don't have time to waste, I would not bother stopping in.
