Rise is the most expensive dispensery in Carson/Reno/Sparks, but have a large selection oF different strains aND products. Guess you pay for selection and availability. Very nice lady helped me. They were not busy. Under construction to start a recreational side, which doesn't affect current business. Small waiting area, perhaps they will expand the waiting area with the new growth. Product is well packaged and good quality. First time customers get 10% off and a free pre-roll (which was chosen for me and placed in my bag without input on what strain etc.) Prices on their website do NOT include taxes. $50 for a 1/8th of high the weed 29.9% thc PLUS TAX. $40 an 1/8th of good weed 22.3% thc PLUS TAX. Plenty to choose from. I recommend Rise to the CC locals. Cost to much to drive to Reno/Sparks and Sierra Wellness's menu doesn't show hardly any stock (or website is messed up) at this time.
