This is the second time I’ve been shorted a cartridge during a promo, I called immediately after delivery and left a message for a supervisor with someone on the phone. No one ever called back. I also emailed through their website and called again, no response. I’m tired of being ripped off - I’ll go to a different dispensary.

Man has this place changed since I left 3 years ago. Felt like a turn em and burn em. There use to be passion! There use to be care! I remember when Rise first opened, I even have a Rise poster signed by one of the owners, a football player.
