Poor customer service, lack of communication or ability to communicate not sure which. Person helping NEVER confirmed what I wanted before grabbing it and tryed to over charge me thank God I was paying attention. Only got a smile when I was told the price and never got an apology for them trying to give the wrong thing!! I won't be back.

I don't know about prices - I just went there as a hopefully last resort to deal with depression before resorting to nasty pharmaceuticals. What I can judge is the customer service - that they were super-friendly, didn't try to up-sell, took all the time I wanted (I had quite a few questions) and made me feel welcome. I can't ask for much more.

it’s a dispensary, but that’s all they have going for them. I’ve given this place a chance, I get it, we all have bad days, but every single employee that works here, is literally having a bad day every day, customer service is nonexistent, & the attitude here is all wrong. I hope the owners see this, & if you work here please get your act together. it’s not okay to treat people with such disrespect on a continuous basis. doesn’t matter who you are. come in with low expectations, & you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite spot for concentrate. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I don't feel like I'm waiting in a clinic while I'm there either. Plenty of deals everyday for subscribers. All around grade A establishment. Although a free water fridge would be dope.

Rise is always a great experience, and they have a wonderful staff, that remembers your face and your preferences. GREAT products! My only suggestion is that allot of the herb has extra stems that aren’t needed......not a tip for the store, but for growers. Your buds should be clean and tight, with no bottom stems to overweight. ALWAYS 5 STARS REGARDLESS ✨✨✨✨✨
