A very upsetting experience all-around, start to finish. From the clueless, inattentive, unknowledgeable staff member who sold me something I didn’t want and couldn’t answer any of my questions, to the staff claiming I could receive a refund on the phone and then not honoring it in person a few moments later, I really feel uncomfortable, upset, lied to, and like they really don’t have much knowledge or customer service acumen.

They have always been super helpful and nice, I like there point system compared to others, and with the daily texts you can score some good deals here and there. The facility is setup nicer than others it gives off a good feeling.

Full service dispensary with or without a medical recommendation. If you do have a recommendation from a doctor you get a discount. So be sure to bring it with you. Other discounts are available for military veterans, seniors, and so on. Be sure to check first before you purchase any products. They offer curbside pickup for on-line orders via Leafly or on their website. They have a good selection of flower as well as hash and wax. Cartridges are also available and pods too. Edibles and infused drinks are available as well. They do carry some smoking materials, pipes and papers, for your smoking pleasure. I have shopped here for years since they first opened. It's conveniently located with a decent parking lot, and disabled parking is also available. So if you are in Carson city check this place out. They have security officers out front and inside. You won't be sorry for shopping at this terrific dispensary. I do!

When Rise in Carson first opened the employees we’re excited, friendly and motivated ! After witnessing customer service getting worse I decided not to give them any more business! I have spent a great deal of money there and have always tipped well however, not any longer! The employees act like they are doing the customers a huge favor now and act as though they are being inconvenienced! They do not realize that the customers are paying their wages! There are much better dispensaries with more affordable prices !

Amazing staff, great product selection, clean and chilled environment. Would be 5* if not for the prices. They go the extra mile for you, so, it's almost worth the price... almost. This will be my new go-to for my meds. Silver State just doesn't have the variety they used to.

Paid WAY too much for weed that was harvested last JUNE. I manage a dispensary in CO and the complete lack of customer service I just experienced is disappointing to say the least. Bad service and bad recommendations 👎
