Very rude nasty staff ran by the manager Tyler. They have ripped me off 4 times ober charging me and lying about product. Trying to resolve issues with them turned out to be a joke. I wrote a letter explaining my concerns and the old senile lady that ripped me off came out to me while i was in the lobby waiting, she smirked at me and said oh i read youre letter we all thought it was cute, she rollled her eyes laughed and then went to the back. They continue to send me text and email even though I've requested them to take me off mailing list over 4 months ago. Very scandalous company, low grade class product and employees. # BLUM RENO

Don’t waste your money at this establishment. You’d think a dispensary would have top tier products but they don’t even deliver at $65 an 1/8th which is way overpriced for the “Cookies” brand they are selling (which is grown by Tahoe Hydro by the way LOL). Madison Hart works here and for that reason alone I Would leave a 1 star review. Would leave no star if I could.

My second time there left without purchasing, was very uncomfortable sitting in the sells room with to many people, I like my privacy and was taken form one waiting room only to wait in another not what I expected. No privacy what so ever. Try calling and no one picks up the phone.
