The staff is so great after a while they feel like family. They carry a nice variety of sage, incense and oils too! Lots to choose from and all quality brands and products. While this is the section I usually hang out in they have so much more and can answer any questions you might have about pretty much any product. Stop in an visit, you wont be disappointed!

They have a great variety, but the staff is insanely rude. Came in with a friend, we are both in college. She didnt have her ID, and wasnt buying anything. She had other ways to prove she was over 21 but the people there wouldn't let me buy my products because she looked younger because she is really short. I wasted gas and time to come out there because they wouldn't let ME buy MY products. It was ridiculous and I'm profusely disappointed in my first experience here.

I will stop by on my way home from work and classes after seeing the prompt response of the owner (I appreciate your sincerity and apologies). I will be open to changing my mind on this place as they did have a great variety, I hope this experience is better!

Extremely helpful, engaging, amazing selection, great prices. I came in from out of town with some odd requests and they were facilitative even though I was a low-ball customer. once they knew I was out of town they were quick suggest local things to do a few of which turned out to be pretty awesome. If I lived in Rochester I would spend a lot of money at this store... They're parking kind of sucked but oh well you need it they got it and are more than willing to help!
