I normally go here for nicotine vape products, and Anthony, one of the sellers, is the bomb. He's given me great suggestions, and has even turn me on to some of my favorite flavors. However, this time I had the misfortune of being assisted by Ales (at least so the receipt says.) I decided to try cbd vapes for the first time and asked what they had. She pointed to the shelf behind the counter where they keep cbd products and eventually I settled on the lemon line flavored one. Having had good experiences in the past I was caught off guard when I got home and started to fill my tank, only to discover she hadnt sold me vape juice, but a tincture. I went back in to try and get a replacement or store credit, but was told they could not give me anything if the bottle had been opened. If the staff cant tell the difference between products then I can't recommend visiting the store. I will not be going back unless I happen to see Anthony through the window. Especially when they are right next to another vape shop with well informed sellers.
