Update: High Life sent their good employee’s off to other shops and kept the biggest jokes here in Columbia. Frank and Kasey are gone which is heartbreaking and this store just stays steadily deteriorating. Worse products, worse staff, bad knowledge, and bad prices. Please just care as much about our high life as you do with the ones in Boone and Asheville.
Kasey was so much help with everything and super nice. I will be returning and asking for her, so glad she's on the high life team!!

Purchased an AWS scale. The sales person calibrated it for me. It seems it wasn't as accurate as expected so I decided to get another and it seemed to work well while in the store. Got home as was very disappointed with it. The scale I chose was just as bad as the first. Calibrated it several times. Still inaccurate. Looked at the sales receipt and it stated, " all purchases are final. No refunds, no returns or exchanges. Wasted 20 bucks. Will never go there again. I know now where not to go.

I love this place, though the prices are somewhat higher, the girls are my absolute favorite. They always remember me, deal with my overly need to be picky and totally love my baby girl. The ladies of high life make it all worth the trip on a weekly basis

While downtown I stopped in to get information on waterpipes, as I am new to concentrates. I felt uncomfortable at first because I'm new to this. I was greeted by a lady named, Penny. She was so welcoming, and made me feel right at home. She explained everything I needed to know, and more. I will make High Life in Five Points a regular stop for me. The entire staff was great!

We just left the store and we bought a vape pen for $7 dollars and we got home 5 minutes later to try it and the button is STICKING. After we called up to the store to ask for a replacement, they told me there was nothing they could do in regards to a replacement. I MEAN WE JUST LEFT THE STORE AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES THEY COULD'VE REPLACED A $7 Vaping Pen
