Sean is the man to go to...He was the most helpful person I ever met in retail. I went in looking for a hookah, found one for the best price and he gave me a 10% military discount for being a vet. He broke down the assembly for me and found me a box. THE BEST SHOP IN COLUMBIA.......ask for sean or ro, and be treated like family... definitely going back

I've gone to to High Life and gotten great service (Cat specifically is amazing!) I've also been and gotten terrible service. I went today and bought vape liquid, I asked for 3mg nicotine and was sold 35mg salt nic. I called to see if I could exchange the product and was I could not return or exchange it. Now I've been sold a product much stronger than what I asked for, that I cannot use, or even exchange to get something I actually can use. Probably will not be back.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I have recently had an issues with a vape I purchased. The warranty will take about 2 months for me to receive it. In the mean time the staff had steered me in the direction of another vape 100% affordable. I will always do business here and you should too. They have great prices on juices and equipment.
