I haven't been and would have if I was aware of the opening. I just wanted to comment on the people who are slamming the place. IT WAS THE FIRST DAY!!! Of course lines are going to be long. Of course things are going to be discombobulated. People really need to get a grip. Weedology I support you and will be stopping by when I need my flower refill.

I wouldn't even make this review if I wasn't so blown the hell away. I'll start with good - the wait time was super fast. But why do you guys type names into the computer at check in? I've never seen a dispensary do that. Then, why aren't the prices accurate on your menu? I don't mean the fact that tax isn't included in the price - some places don't do that and it's fine. I'm saying they were completely wrong. When I pointed it out and asked why, the budtender laughed and said oh this menu is from yesterday don't pay attention to the prices. What... Whatever I paid and left. No joke, my gram of Durban poison extract had a hair in it, right on top. And is two different concentrates in the package. Clearly different colors. I took pictures, I've honestly never seen that happen. The hair and mixture of whatever they labeled Durban poison, both. It's crazy to me!

Not following mask protocol. Most employees not wearing masks. Asked manager about it and he told me many of his employees have medical conditions that excuse them from wearing them. Seemed like the majority of his staff were excused from masks. Doesn't feel safe in there to me.

This establishment documents the customers name claiming it disappears when they leave. He stated it's a state policy. I live in oregon and that is a complete fabrication. Possibly a county regulation... which is why I asked. It is an invasion of privacy and a waist of time IF they actually remove the information. They state no cell phones on the sales floor but have no valid reason for it when asked. I asked for a corporate # to inquire about the documentation and the sales person wanted to get a manager. I left. I wont be back.

Store front looks awesome. The dispensaries have already cleaned up Ontario. We will now have cleaner buildings, added security and access to good clean medicine. Can't wait till they are open. So much more attractive than Upper Country motors was.
