These folks are incredibly personable and very knowledgeable in their product. I have never had a bad experience. I've had to wait upwards of 20 minutes but that's was during happy hour (4:20-7:00pm) a day before the 420 "observance". They often have daily specials and they have a great loyalty program.
Product is awesome, even all the way down to the discount flower gram prerolls. Their prices are excellent too.
Make sure you bring (recycle) your mandatory Blüm carry out bag to save $0.50 every time.

Great place to go to when it's a plan b late night and other places are closed. Even when places aren't closed it seems like these people have some good quality .
The staff is amazingly friendly.
I just hope yall start getting into the gram section of the concentrates.

We specifically asked for non flavored oil cartridges and were sold flavored oil cartridges. Took one hit and brought them back immediately. The manager told us that he didn’t believe that his bud tender would sell us a flavored cartridge when we had asked for unflavored and wouldn’t exchange them. Granted, he did offer to allow us to purchase cartridges at buy one get one half off....which was a nice offer but after spending $120 on product we didn’t even use, it wasn’t enough. We had been loyal customers there since we moved to Reno and it was a bummer being labelled a liar.

Worst customer service ever!
Went in to buy some cookies badder and when I got home and opened it was dry and crusty. Nothing like what badder is supposed to look like. Before I left my budtender said "don't lose your receipt, you can bring it back for an exchange if anything is wrong with it" I went back to exchange it and the manager took forever in the back, came back out to tell us that its fine the consistancy looks fine. Can't exchange or refund its against state law.
Worst experience ever! Never going there again. ✌

Jade aka Blum has always been a joy to visit. The staff is super friendly and the management is OUTSTANDING!! The prices are fair for the area and they treat veterans wonderful and with empathy and care. Jade will always hold a special pkace in my heart ❤. Always has really good flower and some of the best budtenders. I recommend to anyone they will take care of you.
