If I could give 0 stars I would ! Went to try this place and used the ATM it only dispensed $20 I spoke to the gentleman at the desk. Was told they would look into it bkuz on my bank account there was a withdrawl for $80
Left being told there would be follow up until this day there is a new manager and still no answer and my money was stolen used by the person behind me in line unfortunately they said they could not know who it was dont they ask for ID to enter and save transactions? SHADY

I placed an online order on 3/27/20. Delivery was promised between 7-10. Received a VM at 10:45 saying the delivery wasn't going to happen.
I placed an order online the next day. Supposed to be here between 12-3. Not even a phone call.

Brian was able to steer me in the right direction by showing me the best strains that also had the best terpenes! Would recommend this dispensary to all my friends and family.

At this point, I've no respect left for this company and would give it zero stars if I could. They're delivery system is very lackluster to the point of frustration. When you attempt to reach out to the store in regards to it you are lucky if you can get ahold of somebody. Never again will I shop with Blum of Reno NV.

Can not say enough wonderful things about both the quality and the magnet they choose to do business in. Such as no ATM fees! My Phoenix Tears came in quartz syringes! So tired of good cannibis wrapped in plastic.Truly compassionate care and an educated staff. Love love love these guys!
