I’ve been doing Business with Jade for years, Form there very first day they opened to the shut down,the remodel, ups and down ect This place gets it done. Great product, great staff and killer location. I consider jade as the best deals in town when it come to the pre rolls.

Never place an order online for pickup. I never received a text or email that it was ready & then I had to be the one to contact them for them to say that they canceled it without notifying me. Ridiculous and the customer service is just awful whoever the guy is that just answered the phone today. Go to Silver State instead !! Or Mynt .

Jade looks very appealing on the inside and outside, with most products being professionally displayed.
I issued 3/5 because i think Jade would do wonders if the employees are evaluated precisely on customer service. Their ATM ran out of funds and i was offered what i had purchased previously... a simple dispensary with simple products.

Not happy after the girl checking I.D. let her friends cut to the front of the line ahead of others waiting that had been waiting with there I.D. handy. After I said something to the girl she gave me attitude about it. That's B.S. and y'all know it! I was embarrassed and humiliated like they were better than me, not to mention offended by all of this. I felt like I did something wrong when all I did was stop by to shop. NO one should have to go thru that kind of behavior.I didn't ask for that.

I come here all the time and love the people here. Unfortunately they've been having atm issues for the past while and can't seem to get it figured out! I just end up shopping somewhere else. So before you come, get cash beforehand.

I absolutely love Jade Cannabis Midtown! The staff are friendly, smart, fun and amazing. Not too forget they know their Terpenes. I cannot say enough for the selection and the amount of discounts and deals they offer. Make sure to get in on the daily text deals, all the daily specials sent to your phone. I’ve tried other dispensaries; did I mention loyalty points, but none of them compare with Jade. Go in, ask questions, get knowledge (free) & make friends.
