I really think tonight Jade dispensary picked up money I dropped gave it away then called the cops on me for asking to review surveillance footage. Myself and a Reno police officer was told by management to get a warrant to review video to clear up the misunderstanding. After they called them on me. Instead of just providing the officer proof that I was wrong. Was told previously they won't review surveillance because security is a good guy. And I'm? I'll leave my race out of this. Very petty and dishonest and quality is dirt lately. Go to Rise. Better product,honest friendly staff and better prices.

Very cool place. I'm a card holder who debated renewing, they made some very interesting points on the topic. In addition, they had very kind, personable and knowledgeable service--from the guards, to the check-in crew/hostesses and finally the cashier, all we very informative and energetic.

Almost waited an hour just to be told they couldn't take my card. I used it there 3 days ago so I know they take it too. No issues were mentioned they just told me 'sorry' and sent me out the door. Don't come without cash, they will not tell you the card readers aren't working, and the ATM fee is 2.99 so I would recommend finding that somewhere else too. Prices are much higher than other places and wait times are horrid. Would NOT recommend.

Spent nearly $300 on a few cartridges and flower last night. After closed inspection when I got home, one of the 1g cartridges was clearly less than full, especially compared to the other two. I took back the UNOPENED deficient cartridge the following morning with my receipt. No exchange was given, no alternative offered. So I won’t spend another dollar at this dispensary. There are too many quality shops around to settle for a place that doesn’t back up the product it sells.

Good prices, and great products. If you are a Veteran with proof you can take advantage of their great 20% military discount. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and they have a good selection of great flower, concentrate, and edibles all inside a place that is nicely decorated. I have been to other places in town, but I always come back here!

Unfortunately Jade is a place I will not go back too. Blum was bought out and turned into Jade. Although they did great work on the interior design- their selection of product was very poor (is it because they were bought out by a grower?), as are the prices. Only a few staff were working- so my purchase took 20min when there was only 2 customers before myself. Very disappointed in all.
I want Blum back. In a world where there are a lot of choices.... will not be back to Jade.
