Poor customer service. Talking passive aggressively to customers. Don't talk to them. They're rude. I went back a couple months later that couldn't even add it's been add 2 1/8 together that were made from the same manufacturer . To get a good deal

Been coming here since Blum and staff are always super chill and take their time to satisfy my needs even when they're busy! If you're a beer lover I highly recommend their Great Basin Icky wax pens! They also carry a number of edibles I've found to be of a high quality (especially their edible beverage mixers;) )

The manager was disrespectful to a very close friend of mine, the story is very disturbing, and I came in myself and was disrespected by the same blonde girl who works at front. Corporate should consider changing managements because they lost business.

Never again! Driver said they should've told me no change was given when they called. When I spoke with Jade they said driver was only one to reach out to me and he should've told me. Spent 4hrs waiting on this order and driver managed to bail with $30 tip. They won't give a credit to rewards acct even. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I had to edit after review I was wrong on price so let's just give ya guys 5 stars...but I still wish my tweeds came in a sandwich bag just saying the tweeds should sell them selves not the pretty box

First - this review is for Jade Cannabis Co, NOT for Blüm!!
I am not from here, just visiting, so this was my first time here. I was kinda bummed they didn't give any 1st time customer deals, which seem pretty customary of most dispensaries I am aware of. Not the end of the world though. I was confused when looking online for a menu ahead of time, the old place kept coming up with the same address. So, i thought i knew what i wanted, but when i got there, they didn't have the items i planned to buy. My bad, i guess.
Anyway... Very nice and clean inside. The security guy was very friendly and upbeat, he seemed nice. Inside, Vaughn helped me. Like i said, i didn't know what i wanted because of my menu error... He was patient, and informative about what they did have that was comparable, and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience for not knowing the menu. Excellent service!
The product i got was good as well. No comlaints on that!
