We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

I Love This Place! The vibe is always welcoming and helpful. During this challenging time the owner has offered several ways to help out, and I've appreciated it. Always a good experience at TWC. The line is never long and the staff is all so friendly. Prices are also available online which is helpful and they offer delivery and curbside pickup as well! They have a good selection of flower and edibles, concentrates and more. 5/5 would recommend.

Efficient system even through the pandemic this place gets you in and out, the decor and music is also nice so if you do have to wait it’s not all bad. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to satisfy, the prices displayed include tax so no extra math, and they deliver! This is my main shop atm, have not been disappointed yet. 😁😷
