We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. My first trip to Tahoe. I stopped in here because its visible from the main street. But i was very impressed with everything about this place. From the outside it doesnt look big, but its bigger than it looks. There's a huge selection of items, decent prices, and the employees actually know the products....which is a nice change. The room/building is very clean, has cool and artsy interior designs and just a good vibe. Im very happy to shop here. I will be back everytime I'm in Tahoe! The owner is pretty cool too.

10/10 best spot in Tahoe. Went to a few places this trip but nothing compared to TWC. What can I say the staff were super knowledgeable, they were able to answer all my questions about products. Might I say too, wow what a selection. It was great to not feel limited to only a shelf of products. Great prices and amazing deals! I’m in love with the art and the friendly and welcoming environment. Even walking in right before closing they we’re amazing and did not make me feel rushed! Thank you TWC staff!
