We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. First Time Customer and I left feeling ripped off. I stopped in for one vape cartridge and after two trips I leave with a cartridge and vaporizer for $77 that I don’t want. The girl sells me an Airpro vape cartridge not knowing or telling me that you need a airpro vaporizer to smoke it. Who wouldn’t think to say something especially when you know I was a first time customer. I leave, get home and open the cartridge...go to screw it in and it doesn’t fit. Since I opened the item, they don’t accept returns. I return to the store to find out that no head shops around sell the adaptor and that I need their specific vape pen. I was literally forced into buying a $26 vaporizer to smoke a $51 vape cartridge. Unreal way to run a business

Most amazing place in Tahoe. The staff were very knowledgeable and they grow their OWN TREES! OOOH MY G. I had some gorilla glue. NEVADA HOME GROWN. Potent. Strong. Put you on your ass. Needed it.

Can't want for you guys to close and have another store front open. Mediocre products, poor employees, not here for locals or for the medical community (local business owner of a medical supply company) Quite possibly the worst dispensary EVER (Been to dozens in CA, WA & NV) but what do you expect when you are the only storefront in town. A real dispensary with designer brands and top quality in house presses is what LOCALS deserve. I purposely tell friends, family, clients or guest visiting to avoid TWC. Local deliveries are a godsend. PLEASE GO TO WM & SUPPORT ANY OTHER LOCAL OPTIONS.
